ActiveCall runs a bureau service that is fully digital. With 120 circuits terminating on the bureau, we are able to handle up to 120 calls simultaneously. We also have digital links to Commonwealth Bank, BankWest, and National Bank that allows us to process credit card payments in a matter of seconds while the caller is still on the line.

With an outbound calling system, our server is set up to dial X amount of phone numbers in a database. The call-recipient would answer the call and hear a recorded message informing them of expiring memberships. They would then be asked to key in [1] on the telephone pad if they would like to re-new their subscription.

Further options may be available, such as, if the caller does not wish to proceed with credit card payment options but would like a renewal notice and invoice sent in the post, they would be asked to key in [2], and so on. If the call recipient chooses the credit payment option then they would be asked to enter their credit card number and expiry date. On acceptance from the bank, the caller's credit card is debited and they are issued with a receipt number.
