Reminder Service
Reminders may be
sent either via SMS or by a telephone call. It may be preset for
a certain time frame - daily, weekly, monthly, etc. SMS
reminders will be sent in a normal text format. Telephone calls are
made in speech by the system in which it will request to speak
to the right person.
This service also enables the recipient to pay their
bills/renewals/etc during the phone call itself, saving you time
and money as well as accelerating your payments and increasing
your cash flow. This proactive customer service is able to play
different messages based on the amount and/or how long the
amount has been overdue.
If the person is not available to take the call, the system will
make the call in another time as specified by you.
The
speech-enabled interface can be used to capture payments
immediately, rather than requiring customers to call back to
speak with a consultant, mail a payment or pay online. Human
resources no longer need to spend hours dialling numbers,
dealing with busy signals, and repeating routine introductions
