Perth Airport

ActiveCall created the Perth Airport Emergency Response System,
which it is currently hosting. With the Emergency Response
System, Perth Airport now takes less than 3 minutes to assemble
an entire team compared to the previous 30 minutes.
This service is operated using an operator PC that is linked to
the ActiveCall platform. The operator is able to locate staff
lists that it contacts individually and simultaneously when it
is activated. Each staff person in the list receives an SMS
warning that an emergency response has been activated. This is
followed by a phone call providing detailed information on the
emergency type, level and estimated time of arrival. The staff
member then responds using a code to indicate if they will be
able to attend to the problem.
Meanwhile, the operator views responses on the PC monitor as
they are received, and effectively build a response team in
minimal time. This system has been designed specifically for the
Perth Airport. If you are interested in using a similar service
to manage emergencies within your organisation,
please contact ActiveCall.
