Fax Services allows anyone with a touch-tone phone and a fax machine to access information from your services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, from their fax machines or multimedia computers via fax modem. This may be in many forms such as fact sheets, results circulars, newsletters, updates, forecasts and statistics.

ActiveCall will provide you with a System Manager application that will enable your Fax Service. You will be given a local Perth number to store your fax documents for later retrieval by customers. You may choose to provide a fax number for interested customers to contact from their fax machine to retrieve your fax document or alternatively, callers may provide their fax numbers during the call and the system will automatically send the fax documents to the supplied number.
