ActiveCall Pty Ltd commenced operation in 1995 as a bureau service provider, supplying 1900 telephone services to the West Australian market.

All services by ActiveCall are created and developed in-house - predominantly by listening to clients voice their business concerns, and designing programs to overcome these concerns.

Over time, the company's Interactive Voice Response platform has developed in size and complexity. Today, services offered by the company encompass a range of telecommunication applications including SMS, Automated Transcriptions, credit card payments, the Virtual Call Centre, Winscribe Digital Dictation, as well standard services such as Recorded Information, Live-Operator, Fax-back and dating services.

ActiveCall has established phone solution services for clients such as the West Australian Newspaper, 96FM, Channel 9, WIN TV, The Western Australian Turf Club, The West Australian Trotting Association, 92.9 FM, Greyhounds WA, The Department of Justice, 94.5 FM, the Registrar General's Office, City of Perth and Tourism Western Australia. ActiveCall also provide services to clients from Queensland, Sydney and Melbourne.

In 2003, ActiveCall was selected as a finalist in the 13th WAITTA (Western Australian Information Technology and Telecommunications Awards) Awards 2003 in the Telecommunications Project category for its Perth Airport Emergency Response System. Recently, the system was also selected as a finalist in the AIIA iAwards 2005.
