This service is comprised of a partnership between Winscribe and ActiveCall, with ActiveCall managing West Australian sales, service, infrastructure and support.

What is Winscribe?

WinScribe is a dictation workflow management system, which is an open standards-based workflow system. The WinScribe application has been designed using Microsoft Windows © and SQL® server technologies making it compatible with all business interfaces.
It works by accepting digitally dictated voice files either via the Internet, a local or wide area network, or a telephone. The voice file or data is then sent to the ActiveCall server ready to be uploaded by a typist anywhere in the world. The typist then transcribes the voice file and makes any necessary corrections and formatting to the text to be inserted into a document, application or document management system.
